If you can’t turn off the vibration from the game… What’s stopping you from the alternative by turning it off from device’s own settings?… Stop turning small problem into a big one… Might be a little workaround… But if the vibration bothers you that much… Why not turn the whole system off ?… Turn it back on after you played if need it)… Problem solved.!

There is no way if you shut off device’s own system wide vibration that the game take over … System wide OVERRULED individual app.
I have android 11 with a bit old phone I guess that’s why didn’t work for me
