Explore Android ports of PC and console games
An Android port brings a game originally released on another platform to Android phones and tablets. This catalog helps you discover PC and console games adapted for mobile play, from independent adventures and role-playing games to action titles and familiar classics. Open a game page to check its version, download availability and installation instructions.
Find new releases and updated Android ports
Use New to browse recently published game pages, or switch to Last Update to see recently updated entries. Search by game name and filter by genre to narrow the catalog. A new listing does not always mean a new game release, so check the information on the individual page before downloading.
Check compatibility before you install
Android ports can differ in supported Android versions, processor architecture, storage requirements and controls. Some projects offer touch controls, while others work better with a controller. Engine ports and launchers may also require data from your own copy of the original game. Read the project’s requirements and installation notes to understand what your device needs.
A native Android build, a recreated engine, an emulator and a compatibility layer are different ways to play. The availability of an APK does not by itself identify which approach a project uses. Check its description and sources. Community requests are kept separate from the catalog: a suggestion expresses interest in an Android port and does not confirm that a playable release exists.
Frequently asked questions about Android ports
What is a native Android port?
A native port is a version of a game adapted to run on Android. It may include changes to graphics, performance, menus and controls. An Android APK alone does not tell you how a project works: some launchers also need original game data or additional software.
How do emulators and compatibility layers differ?
An emulator runs software made for another system. For example, PPSSPP runs PSP games. A compatibility tool takes a different approach: Winlator uses Wine and Box86/Box64 to run Windows applications on Android. Running the original game through these tools is different from installing a native Android port.
Can I play with touch controls or a controller?
It depends on the project. Some games offer on-screen buttons or gestures; others work better with a controller, keyboard or mouse. Emulators and compatibility tools may provide their own input mapping. Check the game’s instructions and supported controls; do not assume every project has a complete touch interface.
Why does a page say “No Android files yet”?
A community suggestion records interest in a game; it does not mean a playable Android build exists. A published catalog page may also appear before files are available. Use the availability label and project sources to check what has actually been released. Votes show interest and do not guarantee a release.
Will I need the original game files?
Some engine ports, launchers and emulators need data from your own copy of the original game. Others provide a standalone Android release. Follow the project’s instructions and use game files you are entitled to use; requirements differ from one project to another.
How does a suggestion enter the port catalog?
Suggestions are reviewed before appearing in Community, where players can vote and discuss them. When the site prepares and publishes a game page, the suggestion moves into the port catalog and its discussion stays connected. Until then it remains separate from the regular game listings.
