War of Evolution – this is a smartphone game from the Asian publisher ONEMT HONG KONG LIMITED. At the center of the gameplay is the creation of your own kind of creatures with the same editor as in the classic Spore. Some gameplay elements have also been borrowed — at the start, the creature can only move in water and eat smaller players, increasing in size. As a result, it will come to the point that the creatures will come out on land and will “solve issues” with each other using their hands, feet and spells.

At some point, War of Evolution turns into an MMO strategy game where you need to manage your kingdom and make real raids on enemies. It will be interesting to see if the authors of this game will be able to bring something new to the Spore formula, or will it all end in space exploration?

In War of Evolution, you can customize your appearance and develop your clan, for example, by improving equipment. So far, there is no release date for the game. It’s also worth waiting for the reaction of Electronic Arts and the creators of Spore to what their original idea turned into.
