Just at the moment of the beginning of your rule in the state under your control, an epidemic of an incomprehensible, previously unknown disease begins. No one really knows how to avoid the impending disaster. Each turn, the number of sick people doubles or triples (or even more), and many of them are doomed to die. What to do?!
Only you can defeat this epidemic. Fund research centers, take measures that limit the growth of the number of patients. Introduce quarantines, isolate patients, organize mass tests like PCR, improve hospitals. Finally, your scientists will discover a cure or vaccine, and you will go down in history as an outstanding ruler who saved the country from disaster. Then you will win.
