You need to set the right direction for it, after which it will automatically start moving bouncing off all surfaces. Destroy the balls and go to the next level.

The controls here are quite simple, pull your weapon by setting a suitable trajectory and release the tap to send the slicer into free flight. Hold down to slow down the movement of the slaser. With each new level, the puzzles will become more difficult, the designs of the playing field will constantly change and be supplemented with different obstacles, which will only make the gameplay more interesting.
