Whispers of a Machine — sci-Fi quest in the style of Scandinavian Noir about the girl Vera, cybernetically augmented special agent investigating a series of murders. The main character takes on the investigation of the case related to the brutal murders. As it later turns out, this is only the tip of the iceberg, she finds a group of fanatics trying to create an artificial superintelligence, a dangerous technology that has been under strict ban for more than a century. The search is further complicated by the fact that ghosts from the past suddenly appear in her life, which causes the girl to question her own beliefs and values.

The main character will not act alone, she is helped by a high-tech nanosubstance called blue, which allows Vera to briefly use superhuman abilities. Follow the storyline, collect clues and solve puzzles, passing the game in one of several ways. Whispers Of A Machine is an anti-utopian world with pixel-style graphics, classic point-and-click controls, and an exciting story the development of which is influenced by the player’s choice.
