Wheel Launcher Lite — this is a panel that sits on top of everything on your device. Wheel launcher does not replace your main launcher, but provides a quick way to get to your favorite apps and shortcuts — just click on the translucent icon. You can hide the icon by dragging it outside the screen. Wheel launcher allows you to add any shortcut that is provided by your applications, such as any of your contacts or system settings, such as battery, sound, Wi-Fi and so on.

Wheel launcher is in the early stages of its development, so if you want to ask anything, suggest or if you find a bug-feel free to send soap.
