SkyEmu – it is a port of the multi-platform emulator Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS low-level programming. Its main goal is user—friendliness due to a good combination of accuracy, performance, features and usability. SkyEmu has been tested on hundreds of ROMs, and currently most common games can be played without any emulation errors. However, GBA emulation is significantly more accurate than GB/GBC emulation.

Note: GBA BIOS is not required as SkyEmu includes an open source BIOS replacement. However, you should use a dump of the official GBA BIOS if you want to achieve maximum accuracy or want to watch the intro in GBA games.

Note that it is still possible to emulate Game Boy, Game Boy Advance and Game Boy Color on SkyEmu. This emulator has gamepad support, but maybe only for PC.
